Dinner Parties with Ice-Cream

So the other night Bosco & I went to a dinner party where each person has to bring a dish or an appetizer or something along those lines. Being the couple that we are, we always makes something together in those kind of situations. We came to the conclusion that we should make the honeycomb ice-cream, because although we’ve made it lots of times for ourselves no one from our group of friends had tried it yet. 

The ice cream went down REALLY well, everyone professed undying love for it & asked me for the recipe & a couple of them actually said that it was better than store bought ice cream! It really is beautiful though, and so simple & quick to make, I was almost kind of sad that there was barely any leftover for me to take home & eat later.
