Nutella Stuffed Banana Cookies

Can we all just take a moment to admire that title? Possibly have a moment of silence while we imagine the pure perfection of the chocolatey Nutella stuffing bursting out of the cookie & coating your entire mouth. Well, you guys have to imagine, but I just have to remember last weekend. Are you jealous? You definitely should be. 

Now, it’s a well known fact that we like banana baked goods in this house – Banana Orange Bread, Banana & Nutella Porridge, Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread, the list goes on. What’s not yet known is that we, like the rest of Earth’s population, LOVE Nutella. There is nothing better. I frequently eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon, It’s charms are simply too much to resist. 

These soft baked cookies are the mouth watering middle ground between banana bread & spoonfuls of Nutella. The banana flavour really stand out… then you take a bite into the middle & BAM! Nutella party in your mouth. 

Also, you can very nearly almost convince yourself that these cookies are good for you – there’s a relatively small amount of sugar involved, there’s fruit included, & there’s a cupful of oaty goodness in there too. Healthy, right?

Whatever reason you come up with to make these cookies, just do it. They’re soft, they’re chewy, they’re flavoursome, & they’re stuffed with a wad of Nutella. Need I say more?
